Cleared to play Sunday
Meyers (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after returning to a full practice Friday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: As was the case ahead of Week 15 action, Meyers had his practice reps managed this week, but he'll be available Sunday and thus should remain a viable fantasy option given his high volume role in the Raiders offense. In 12 games overall this season, Meyers, who logged a 5-59-0 line on nine targets versus Atlanta this past Monday, has caught 71 of his 105 targets for 802 yards and two TDs.

Remains limited Thursday
Meyers (ankle) remained limited at practice Thursday.
Analysis: Meyers, who also was limited Wednesday, logged back-to-back capped sessions last week as well before practicing fully Saturday and approaching this past Monday's game against the Falcons without an injury designation. Chances are that pattern will be repeated ahead of Sunday's contest versus the Jaguars, with Friday's final injury report set to confirm that notion either way.

Limited practice Wednesday
Meyers (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers had his reps capped in practices Thursday and Friday due to the same injury, but he was deemed a full participant Saturday and entered Monday's loss to the Falcons without an injury designation. With no reported setbacks coming out of Monday's contest, Meyers' limitations Wednesday may have well been maintenance-related. The expectation is that Meyers will be available for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, a contest in which the Raiders should welcome Aidan O'Connell (knee) back to the…read more

Leading receiver in MNF loss
Meyers had five receptions (on nine targets) for 59 yards while getting sacked for a 10-yard loss on his only passing attempt in Monday's 15-9 loss to the Falcons.
Analysis: The Raiders tried to tap into Meyers' prior experience as a quarterback with an early trick play against Atlanta, but that plan backfired and resulted in a drive-killing sack. The versatile wideout had a solid receiving night all things considered, leading the Raiders in both targets and yards Monday. Meyers carries a high floor into a soft matchup against the Jaguars on Sunday.

All set for Monday
Meyers (ankle) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Monday's contest against the Falcons, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers' status never seemed to be in jeopardy, and after practicing fully Saturday he's set to reprise a role that has yielded 36 targets over the past three games. Whether the passing game will remain functional is another question entirely, as starter Aidan O'Connell is technically listed as questionable despite failing to practice all week due to a knee bruise. In the event O'Connell is ruled out, the Raiders would likely turn to Desmond Ridder, who has compiled 239 yards and a touchdown on…read more

Another limited practice
Meyers (ankle) remained limited at practice Friday.
Analysis: Meyers also was limited Thursday, so he'll likely need to practice fully Saturday in order to go into Monday night's game against the Falcons without an injury designation. The wideout approached Week 14 action listed as questionable due to his ankle issue, but he was able to suit up for this past Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers while logging a 91 percent snap share and catching seven of his 10 targets for 67 yards in the contest.

Limited practice Thursday
Meyers (ankle) was limited at practice Thursday.
Analysis: Though he headed into Week 14 action listed as questionable, Meyers was active for this past Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers en route to logging a 91 percent snap share and catching seven of his 10 targets for 67 yards. With no setbacks having been reported, there's a solid chance that Meyers' listed limitations Thursday were maintenance related ahead of Monday night's game against the Falcons.

Co-leader in receptions Sunday
Meyers secured seven of 10 targets for 67 yards in the Raiders' 28-13 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.
Analysis: Despite the disappointing team outcome and Aidan O'Connell's exit in the second half due to a knee injury, the ever-reliable Meyers turned in another productive effort that included a co-team-high reception total. The veteran wideout also set the pace in targets and finished just a yard short of drawing even with Michael Mayer for the team lead in receiving yards. Good to go Sunday
Meyers (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Meyers had been listed as questionable heading into the day after being a mid-week addition to the Raiders' injury report due to the ankle issue. After sitting out Thursday's practice session, Meyers returned to the field Friday in a limited fashion and appears to have experienced no setbacks leading up to Sunday's game. Likely to suit up Sunday
Meyers (ankle), who is questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Meyers popped up on the injury report Thursday due to an ankle issue that kept him out of practice. However, he was a limited participant Friday and appears set to suit up against the Bucs on Sunday. Meyers has ascended to the role of Las Vegas' top wideout this season, and he's been productive of late with at least 97 receiving yards in three of his past four games, though he hasn't gotten into the end zone during that span.

Questionable for Week 14
Meyers (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers wasn't able to practice Thursday due to an ankle injury. Coach Antonio Pierce told Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com on Friday that Meyers was "full go, ready to go," but the wide receiver ended up limited on the Raiders' final Week 14 injury report. Pierce's comments seem to indicate Meyers will be available Sunday, which won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Practices in full Friday
Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce said Friday that Meyers (ankle) will practice in full and is "ready to go" for Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers and starting quarterback Aidan O'Connell (illness) both sat out Thursday's practice and have returned as full participants Friday. O'Connell is coming off his best game of the season, having thrown for 340 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions during Las Vegas' narrow 19-17 loss to the Chiefs in Week 13, and having his top wideout available leaves room for optimism that the Raiders' passing offense could continue building momentum. Sidelined for practice due to ankle
Meyers didn't practice Thursday due to an ankle injury, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Meyers wasn't listed on the Raiders' initial Week 14 injury report issued Wednesday, so the ankle issue may have been something that cropped up late in the team's first practice session of the week. Whatever the case, Meyers' absence from Thursday's practice now makes his status worthy of monitoring closely as Sunday's game at Tampa Bay approaches. Just short of 100-yard mark in loss
Meyers secured six of 11 targets for 97 yards in the Raiders' 19-17 loss to the Chiefs on Friday.
Analysis: Meyers finished second across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets to Brock Bowers for the Raiders on the afternoon. The veteran wideout's yardage total was his third highest of the season and maintained a recent pattern of strong play, as Meyers has generated both of his 100-yard efforts this season along with Friday's total within his last four games. Season-best numbers in loss
Meyers caught 10 of 15 targets for 121 yards in Sunday's 29-19 loss to the Broncos.
Analysis: The veteran wideout put together his best performance of 2024, with his receptions, targets and yards all being season highs. Meyers has produced a 28-306-1 line on 39 targets over the last four games, but he'll head into a Week 13 clash against Kansas City with uncertainty at quarterback -- Gardner Minshew (collarbone) was lost for the season Sunday, while Aidan O'Connell (thumb) may not be ready to return from IR.

Held in check by Dolphins
Meyers secured four of six targets for 28 yards and rushed once for 20 yards in the Raiders' 34-19 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
Analysis: It was an atypical stat line all the way around for Meyers, who recorded the longest rush of his career but also posted his lowest receiving yardage tally of the campaign. The veteran pass catcher did record at least four catches for the seventh straight game, but he's eclipsed the century mark only once, in Week 9 against the Bengals, over the course of the season. Eclipses century mark in loss
Meyers secured eight of 11 targets for 105 yards in the Raiders' 41-24 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.
Analysis: The veteran wideout was the leader across the board for the Raiders' pass catchers despite middling quarterback play from both Gardner Minshew and Desmond Ridder. Meyers' reception, yardage and target totals were also all season-high figures, and he now has at least six receptions in four of the last five games. Top target in return
Meyers recorded six receptions on seven targets for 52 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chiefs.
Analysis: Meyers returned from a two-game absence and immediately led the Raiders in targets and receptions. He was heavily involved on the opening drive, converting a key first down with an 11-yard catch before finding the end zone from seven yards away. Meyers then tallied his longest catch of the day for 17 yards early in the second quarter, setting up a Las Vegas field goal. While his final stat line was modest, Meyers should dominate targets along with Brock Bowers moving forward.

Active in Week 8, as expected
Meyers (ankle) is active for Sunday's Week 8 matchup against the Chiefs.
Analysis: Meyers was reported to be in line for a return from a two-game absence after wrapping up the practice week with a full session Friday, and his active status is now official. The veteran wideout returns to a notably altered wide receiver corps than the one he left, as Davante Adams was traded to the New York Jets during Meyers' absence. Analysis: Meyers missed the Raiders' past two contests due to an ankle injury, but he appears set to return Sunday against the Chiefs. The 27-year-old will likely function as Las Vegas' top wideout now that Davante Adams is a member of the Jets. Questionable after full practice
Meyers (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs after returning to a full practice Friday.
Analysis: Meyers was limited Wednesday, didn't practice Thursday and then was able to log a full session to close out the week. Earlier Friday, Vic Tafur of The Athletic relayed that head coach Antonio Pierce expects Meyers to play this weekend, with the wideout's participation level supporting that notion. Look for added context regarding his Week 8 availability to arrive via national reporters such as ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

Meyers (ankle) didn't practice Thursday.
Analysis: Meyers, who has missed two straight games, logged a limited practice Wednesday, so his non-participation a day later is notable. Limited in return to practice
Meyers (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
Analysis: Meyers didn't practice in any capacity last week before missing a second straight game in Sunday's loss to the Rams, but his presence at Wednesday's session is an encouraging sign for his chances of playing this weekend against the Chiefs. Once Meyers returns to the lineup, a high-volume role should await him, given that the Raiders' former top wideout, Davante Adams, is now with the Jets.

Analysis: Meyers didn't practice last week before sitting out a second straight game in Sunday's 20-15 los to the Rams. Meyers (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Analysis: Meyers, who didn't practice this past week, headed into the weekend listed as doubtful. Coach Antonio Pierce said Meyers (ankle) will take part in Friday's practice, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers has missed back-to-back sessions to begin Week 6 prep due to an ankle injury, but his return to drills is a positive sign ahead of Sunday's game versus the Steelers. Analysis: With top WR Davante Adams (hamstring) not expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, Meyers' status gains added import ahead of Week 6 action. Analysis: With Davante Adams (hamstring) not expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, Meyers' status is worth monitoring closely in the coming days. Another nine targets
Meyers recorded six receptions on nine targets for 72 yards in Sunday's 34-18 loss to the Broncos.
Analysis: Meyers finished second on the team in targets behind Brock Bowers and now has 19 targets combined across two games without Davante Adams (hamstring). He also managed his highest yardage total of the season thanks to long gains of 21, 18 and 16 yards. Ten targets in Adams' absence
Meyers caught five of 10 targets for 49 yards in Sunday's 20-16 win over the Browns.
Analysis: Meyers paced the Raiders in targets and receiving yards in the absence of Davante Adams (hamstring). In Week 2, though, he took a back seat to No. 1 WR Davante Adams (9-110-1 on 12 targets) and rookie TE Brock Bowers (9-98-0 on nine targets), which likely will be the case most games for Las Vegas in 2024. He finished with a team-high 61 receiving yards, narrowly edging out Davante Adams (59 yards on six targets) and Brock Bowers (58 yards on eight targets). Adams and Bowers will likely continue to get most of the attention from quarterback Gardner Minshew, so Meyers may need to make the most of limited opportunities to find success in Week 2 against the Ravens and beyond.

Not expected to play Friday
Meyers and other starters aren't scheduled to play in Friday's preseason game against the 49ers, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: It sounds like the Raiders may also hold out some of their better backups, as QB Aidan O'Connell isn't expected to play Friday night. Come Week 1, the team will have a strong group of pass catchers competing for targets from Gardner Minshew in a road game against the Chargers. It'll be tricky for Meyers to match his 2023 numbers for volume (106 targets in 16 games) or touchdowns (eight rushing, two receiving), but there's no question he'll be on the field for a lot of snaps as either the second…read more

Comes up empty on four targets
Meyers failed to bring in any of his four targets in the Raiders' 27-12 preseason loss to the Cowboys on Saturday night.
Analysis: Three of the four targets Meyers saw came from Gardner Minshew on the opening possession, and the final one came on third down from the Cowboys' 11-yard line during the Raiders' second drive. Despite the goose egg Saturday, Meyers is expected to once again serve as a valuable target for either Minshew or Aidan O'Connell in the upcoming campaign after posting a 71-807-8 line across 16 regular-season games in 2023.

Strong finish to season
Meyers caught three of five targets for 61 yards and a touchdown and rushed once for a five-yard touchdown in Sunday's 27-14 win over the Broncos.
Analysis: Meyers improvised on a play on which he was expected to throw, reversing field and ultimately scampering into the end zone from close range. The wideout then found pay dirt again with a wide-open 33-yard grab to begin the fourth quarter. Despite inconsistent quarterback play, Meyers finished the season with 71 catches on 106 targets for 807 yards and nine total touchdowns.

Six grabs in Sunday's loss
Meyers caught six of 10 targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Colts.
Analysis: Davante Adams monopolized the attention of rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell on the afternoon, but Meyers finished second on the Raiders in catches, targets and receiving yards. It's the first time the fifth-year wideout had seen double-digit targets since Week 7, and Meyers is just within striking distance of a new career high if he's able to produce 121 receiving yards in Week 18 against the Broncos -- a secondary he lit up for a 9-81-2 line in their first meeting this season way back in…read more

Records three catches in Week 16
Meyers hauled in three of five targets for 42 yards during Monday's 20-14 victory in Kansas City.
Analysis: On a day in which Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell managed just 62 yards passing, Meyers paced the team in catches and receiving yards and ranked second in targets to only Davante Adams (six). It was a quiet follow-up to Meyers' Week 15, when he recorded touchdowns as both a receiver and passer in a 63-21 win against the Chargers. His next chance to produce arrives Sunday in Indianapolis.

Catches, throws TDs in big win
Meyers brought in two of four targets for 32 yards and a touchdown and completed both his pass attempts for 12 yards and another score in the Raiders' 63-21 win over the Chargers on Thursday night.
Analysis: Meyers made a significant impact on just two touches, recording his seventh receiving touchdown of the season on a 22-yard grab late in the first quarter. He later added a three-yard touchdown pass to Davante Adams to cap off the Raiders' opening drive of the second half after catching a wide receiver screen from Aidan O'Connell. Five grabs in Sunday's loss
Meyers caught five of six targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 3-0 loss to the Vikings.
Analysis: The Raiders' offense came out of the team's bye in a complete funk, but Meyers was still able to haul in at least four passes for the third straight game, although his grabs didn't produce much yardage. The fifth-year wideout hasn't seen double-digit targets since Week 7, but he'll look to break out in Week 15 against the Chargers.

Variety of involvement Sunday
Meyers caught six of seven targets for 79 yards and a touchdown while adding one rushing attempt for two yards and throwing a pass attempt that fell incomplete in Sunday's 31-17 loss to Kansas City.
Analysis: Meyers wound up leading the team in receiving in addition to his pair of unconventional touches Sunday, as Las Vegas' coaching staff was intent on getting its budding star back on track. The NC State product was recruited as a quarterback out of high school, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that teams have attempted to utilize that additional skill on trick plays. Four catches in Week 11 loss
Meyers secured four of five targets for 49 yards in the Raiders' 20-13 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
Analysis: Meyers was third on Las Vegas in receptions, tied for third in targets and second in receiving yards on the afternoon, but all three totals were modest. After a busy first six games of the season, Meyers' catch and yardage tallies Sunday were his best since Week 7, while his target total tied for his highest in that sample. Meyers will aim to keep building on his rapport with rookie signal-caller Aidan O'Connell in a tough Week 12 home matchup against the Chiefs.

Down game on SNF
Meyers was held to two catches on as many targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 16-12 win over the Jets.
Analysis: Meyers finished with two or fewer receptions for the third consecutive week following his blazing start to the season with Las Vegas. He was able to negate last week's dip in usage by scoring the first rushing touchdown of his career against the Giants, but there were no unexpected bonuses this time around. Scores first rushing TD of career
Meyers caught two of five targets for 38 yards while scoring a 17-yard rushing touchdown on his only carry in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Giants.
Analysis: It was the first rushing touchdown of Meyers' career and also his longest carry on nine career attempts. The versatile wideout has now thrown, ran and caught a touchdown over the course of his five years in the league. Analysis: Meyers' lone target didn't come until the fourth quarter, as Jimmy Garoppolo threw for just 62 yards through the first three quarters and finished with 126 passing yards in the quarterback's return from a back injury. Finds end zone again Sunday
Meyers caught seven of 13 targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-12 loss to the Bears.
Analysis: The touchdown came in garbage time after rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell had replaced Brian Hoyer under center. Meyers has scored a TD in three straight games and five times total on the year, a big leap from his Patriot days when he found the end zone only twice in his first three seasons. Jimmy Garoppolo (back) is expected back in Week 8 against the Lions, but Meyers has shown he can be productive no matter who is throwing him the ball.

Meyers had five receptions on six targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-17 win over New England.
Analysis: The Patriots' defense zoned in on No. 1 wideout Davante Adams, affording Meyers the opportunity to catch the Raiders' lone offensive touchdown Sunday. The former Patriot made his old club pay in the narrow victory, but he may be without his starting quarterback after Jimmy Garoppolo was knocked out of the game with a back injury. Overlooked by O'Connell
Meyers recorded two receptions on four targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Chargers.
Analysis: Meyers had proven to be a key target for Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) in two games this season, commanding 10 and 12 targets. However, he lost out significantly with Aidan O'Connell under center, as Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs were the only two pass catchers to be targeted more than four times. Meyers (concussion) was a full participant in practice Friday and doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Analysis: Meyers was a full participant both Thursday and Friday after clearing the league's five-step concussion protocol. He missed Vegas' Week 2 loss to Buffalo after getting hurt late in the season opener against Denver. Meyers was integral to the win over the Broncos, scoring two touchdowns in his team debut. Clear of concussion protocol
Meyes (concussion) has fully cleared the NFL's five-step protocol for brain injuries, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Meyers practiced in full Thursday and looks fully on track for Sunday night's matchup against the Steelers. The No. 2 wideout sat out Week 2 due to a hit sustained during the Raiders' regular-season opener, a game in which he secured nine of ten targets for 81 yards and two scores prior to departing. Meyers retaking the field alongside Davante Adams will bode well for Jimmy Garoppolo's odds of finding success through the air versus Pittsburgh's secondary.

Meyers (concussion) was listed as a full practice participant Thursday.
Analysis: Meyers, who was inactive for the Raiders' Week 2 loss to the Patriots, was a limited practice participant Wednesday, but the wideout's full participation in Thursday's session has him trending toward a return to action Sunday against the Steelers. Analysis: Meyers didn't play Week 2 after suffering a concussion during the season opener at Denver. The wideout made his presence felt before getting knocked out of that game, recording nine receptions (on 10 targets) for 81 yards and two touchdowns. He suffered the injury on a hit from Kareem Jackson late in the fourth quarter. Meyers is being evaluated for a concussion after Sunday's 17-16 win over the Broncos, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports. Prior to getting injured in the fourth quarter, Meyers caught nine of 10 targets for 81 yards and two touchdowns.
Analysis: Meyers stayed down after a high hit from Kareem Jackson in the game's final minutes. He did play somewhat less than usual -- 62 percent snap share, compared to 80-plus every week in the first half of the season -- but there was no report of any setback. Unless something is reported, Meyers should be good to go for Saturday's matchup with the Bengals.

Quiet day ends in disaster
Meyers caught two of six targets for 47 yards in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Raiders.
Analysis: The entire Patriots passing game struggled, and Meyers wound up leading the team in receiving yards in his return from a one-game absence due to a concussion, but his performance was marred by a nightmarish ending. With the score tied, the Patriots tried to produce a miracle touchdown on their final play, only for Meyers' attempted back pass to Mac Jones to wind up being grabbed by Chandler Jones instead, who rumbled the other way for the game-winning score. Meyers hasn't topped 62 yards in…read more

Returns to action Sunday
Meyers (concussion) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Analysis: After finishing the week with a limited practice, Meyers will suit up Sunday, following a one-game absence due to a concussion he sustained versus the Bills on Dec. 1. With fellow wideout DeVante Parker (concussion) inactive, Meyers should reclaim his key pass-catching role in the Patriots' Week 15 offense alongside Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne and Tyquan Thornton. Trending toward return Sunday
The Patriots expect Meyers (concussion), who is listed as questionable, to play Sunday against the Raiders, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reports.
Analysis: After sitting out this past Monday's win over the Cardinals, Meyers returned to practice in a limited fashion Friday and looks to be trending toward a return to the lineup Sunday. Official confirmation of the wide receiver's Week 15 status will arrive once the Patriots' inactive list is posted ahead of the team's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff.

Listed as questionable for Week 15
Meyers (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Analysis: Meyers closed out the week with a limited practice, which gives him a chance to return to action this weekend following a one-game absence. Meanwhile, fellow wideout DeVante Parker (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest. Look for added context with regard to Meyers' Week 15 status to arrive late Saturday or early Sunday, but if he's available, the 26-year-old would presumably be in line to reclaim a key role in a Patriots wideout corps that also includes Nelson Agholor, Kendrick…read more

Meyers (concussion) officially didn't practice Thursday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Analysis: Initially, Meyers was listed as limited for a second day in a row on New England's Week 15 injury report. However, the team updated Thursday's version later, making him a non-participant for the fourth time on five reports since being diagnosed with a concussion Week 13 against the Bills. Analysis: While Meyers was deemed a limited participant both Wednesday and Thursday, fellow wideout DeVante Parker (concussion) has yet to practice this week. Misses practice with concussion
Meyers, who didn't participate in Thursday's practice, is in the NFL's concussion protocol, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers was forced out of last Thursday's loss to the Bills due to a reported head injury, but now it's been confirmed that the wideout is dealing with a concussion ahead of Monday night's game against the Cardinals. Meyers now has two more chances to practice ahead of the contest, but if he's unavailable versus Arizona, DeVante Parker, Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne and Tyquan Thornton would be candidates to log added Week 14 WR snaps and targets.

Meyers (head) wasn't spotted at practice Thursday, Mark Daniels of Masslive.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers left last Thursday's loss to the Bills due to a head injury, and while the wideout suggested afterward that he was "fine," his absence from practice a week later makes his status worth tracking as Monday night's game against the Cardinals approaches. If Meyers is limited or sidelined versus Arizona, DeVante Parker, Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne and Tyquan Thornton would be candidates to see added pass-catching opportunities Week 14.

Meyers (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant during Monday's practice.
Analysis: Meyers was held to just 16 offensive snaps during New England's Thanksgiving Day loss to Minnesota due to a shoulder injury, though he still caught three of four targets for 62 yards. The wideout downplayed the injury following the game, and his participation at practice Monday, albeit in a limited fashion, is an encouraging sign. Meyers downplayed the shoulder issue he dealt with during Thursday's 33-26 loss to the Vikings, Chris Mason of The Springfield Republican reports. "Sore. I'll be alright though," Meyers said of his shoulder following the contest. "It started to feel better as the game went on."
Analysis: Though Meyers was limited to 16 snaps versus the Vikings, he still managed to catch three passes (on four targets) for 62 yards in the contest. Solid yardage total in loss
Meyers brought in three of four targets for 62 yards in the Patriots' 33-26 loss to the Vikings on Thursday night.
Analysis: Meyers had the rare experience of being outpaced in catches by two of his position mates, Nelson Agholor (six receptions) and DeVante Parker (four grabs). However, the 26-year-old wideout did post his third-highest yardage total of the campaign and best since Week 5, making it a reasonably productive night overall. Targeted six times in win
Meyers recorded five receptions on six targets for 42 yards in Sunday's 26-3 win over the Colts.
Analysis: The Patriots didn't need to get aggressive on offense in order to win, and that was reflected in Meyers' stat line. He managed at least five receptions for the fourth time in seven games on the campaign but still came away with his second-lowest yardage total in that same span. In addition to scoring the team's only touchdown, the shifty slot receiver led New England in targets and catches while finishing 12 receiving yards short of Rhamondre Stevenson's team-high total. However, he largely disappeared from there and was out-targeted by both DeVante Parker and Tyquan Thornton. In line to face Dolphins
Meyers (knee), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: The wideout looks on track to suit up Week 1 after having logged a trio of limited practices leading up to the contest. As long as he can avoid any pre-game setbacks, Meyers will be in line to handle his usual key pass-catching role against DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor, facing off against a Dolphins secondary that could be vulnerable without Byron Jones (ankle).

Listed as questionable for Week 1
Meyers (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's season opener against the Dolphins.
Analysis: Meyers, who was a limited practice participant this week, is one of five players listed as questionable by the Patriots for this weekend's season opener. Fortunately for those considering the wideout in Week 1 fantasy lineups, New England kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. As long as he's available versus Miami, Meyers is in line to maintain a key pass-catching role in the team's offense alongside fellow wideouts DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor.

Analysis: After having logged two straight limited practice sessions, Meyers will need to upgrade to full participation Friday in order to approach Sunday's season opener against the Dolphins minus an injury designation. If he's available this weekend, Meyers is in line to maintain a key pass-catching role in New England's offense alongside fellow wideouts DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor.

Limited practice Wednesday
Meyers was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to a knee injury, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers exited the Patriots' preseason finale early with the knee issue, but the fact that he was able to practice Wednesday is a positive indicator with regard to his Week 1 status. Assuming he's available this Sunday in Miami, Meyers is poised to maintain a key role in a Patriots wide receiver corps that also includes newcomer DeVante Parker and returnees Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor.

Analysis: The report notes that Meyers, who exited Friday's preseason finale early, was sporting a sleeve on his left leg and appeared to be limited in his participation Monday. While it's possible that Meyers' name appears on the Patriots' Week 1 injury report, the wideout's presence on the field suggests that his regular-season availability is in no danger. One catch in preseason loss
Meyers brought in his lone target for five yards in the Patriots' 23-6 preseason loss to the Raiders on Friday night.
Analysis: Meyers' only target came on the Patriots' second drive, and Zack Cox of NESN reports the receiver spent some time in the blue medical tent midway through the first half with an issue that was never identified. Quiet night against Panthers
Meyers caught one of three targets for four yards in Friday's preseason game against the Panthers.
Analysis: He hauled in his lone catch on the Patriots' third possession of the game, hooking up with Mac Jones to help kick-start an 81-yard touchdown drive. Meyers is coming off a strong 2021 campaign and has already established a rapport with the team's second-year QB; however, he heads into Week 1 behind trade acquisition DeVante Parker on the depth chart in what is expected to be a run-oriented offense, so Meyers could have trouble seeing the same kind of target volume he did last year. Signs second-round tender
Meyers (undisclosed) officially signed his second-round tender from the Patriots on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Meyers has been limited during offseason activities due to "bumps and bruises," but he's expected to be fine by the start of training camp. The undrafted wideout led New England in receiving yards last year, but he'll have competition for targets after the Patriots traded for DeVante Parker this offseason. After signing the tender, Meyers is set to make $3.986 million next season, but the two sides are expected to resume extension talks following the conclusion of minicamp.

Meyers (undisclosed) said Thursday that his minicamp participation has been limited by "pretty much normal bumps and bruises," Mark Daniels of the Providence Journal reports.
Analysis: With no serious injury to report, Meyers should be fine for training camp at the end of July. He'll have more competition for targets this year after the Patriots traded for WR DeVante Parker, but the impact of any lost volume could be offset by improved efficiency, especially if QB Mac Jones takes a big step forward in his second NFL season. Meyers was limited during Wednesday's minicamp practice due to an undisclosed injury, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers was one of a handful of offensive weapons who were limited, but the severity of their injuries remains unknown. The Patriots will utilize a second-round contract tender on Meyers as a restricted free agent Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Meyers led New England's pass catchers in receptions (83), targets (126) and receiving yards (866) to go along with two touchdowns last season, so it's not a major surprise to see the team using the second-round tender. Analysis: Per Paul Perillo of the Patriots' official site, Meyers is a pending restricted free agent this offseason, but we'd expect the team to find a way to retain the 25-year-old in 2022. With that in mind, Perillo suggests that a second-round tender probably would facilitate such an outcome. Analysis: Meyers was limited at practice this past week as he continues to manage a thigh issue he played through in Weeks 17 and 18. Assuming no in-game setbacks, he'll continue to head the Patriots' wideout corps Saturday along with Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne. Over the course of 17 regular-season outings, Meyers led the team with 83 catches (on 126 targets) for 866 yards and a pair of TDs, a rate of production on the part of the 25-year-old that yielded fantasy relevance in PPR formats.

To be sure, his status should be verified ahead of Saturday night's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but the wideout was on the field for 52 of a possible 62 snaps on offense in Week 18 en route to catching four of his eight targets for 70 yards in a loss to the Dolphins. In the final two games of the regular season, he still logged at least 77 percent of the offensive snaps on both occasions, reeling in 12 of 16 targets for 143 yards and one touchdown. Meyers caught four of eight targets for 70 yards in Sunday's 33-24 loss to the Dolphins.
Analysis: It was the fifth time this season Meyers has hauled in at least 70 yards in a game, but the only scoring plays he was involved in went the other way -- he was Mac Jones' intended target on a pick-six in the first quarter, and the third-year wideout was then charged with a fumble on the final play of the game as he tried to pitch it to a teammate, resulting in a Miami recovery in the end zone for a second defensive TD. Meyers (thigh) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins after practicing in a limited fashion this past week.

Analysis: Meyers was listed as questionable with the same injury for Week 17, but he proceeded to play through the health concern in Sunday's win over the Jaguars, playing 56 of the Patriots' 72 offensive snaps and finishing with eight catches for 73 yards and a touchdown. Leads team in receptions
Meyers (thigh) brought in all eight targets for 73 yards and a touchdown in the Patriots' 50-10 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
Analysis: Meyers paced the Patriots in receptions while checking in just behind Kendrick Bourne in receiving yardage. The third-year pro posted his best catch total since Week 4 while taking advantage of the absences of both Nelson Agholor (concussion) and N'Keal Harry (coach's decision), and his four-yard scoring grab just before halftime was only his second touchdown of the campaign. Meyers (thigh) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Analysis: With Nelson Agholor (concussion) having previously been ruled out for the contest and N'Keal Harry (hip) inactive, Meyers should be in line to head the Patriots' Week 17 wideout corps along with Kendrick Bourne, with Gunner Olszewski and Kristian Wilkerson candidates to mix in as well. Meyers (thigh) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Analysis: Meyers has typically avoided New England injury reports this season, but he's tending to a thigh issue in the aftermath of the Patriots' Week 16 loss to the Bills. Meyers was listed as a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a thigh injury.
Analysis: Meyers is a newcomer to the Patriots' injury report, so his status is worth tracking in advance of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. In this past weekend's loss to the Bills, the wideout logged 48 of a possible 64 snaps on offense and caught six of his eight targets for 59 yards.

Six catches in Week 16 loss
Meyers caught six of eight targets for 59 yards in Sunday's 33-21 loss to Buffalo.
Analysis: Meyers led the Patriots in targets, catches and receiving yards as Mac Jones mustered just 145 passing yards. Jones went the entire month of December without throwing a touchdown to a wide receiver, but Meyers continues to play a prominent role in the Patriots' passing game despite having just one touchdown catch in his three seasons with the team. Meyers caught six of 12 targets for 44 yards in Saturday's 27-17 loss to the Colts.
Analysis: He tied Hunter Henry for the team lead in catches while leading all receivers on the night in targets as the Patriots played catch-up in the second half, but the volume didn't result in much production for Meyers. It's the third time this season he's seen double-digit passes thrown his way, but game script might not be in his favor in Week 16 against the Bills, even if the weather is a little less harsh than it was in their first meeting this season.

Meyers was not targeted in Monday night's 14-10 win over the Bills.
Analysis: Meyers was not alone among target-less Patriots, as the team threw the ball merely three times amid extremely windy conditions. Meyers caught four passes for 49 yards and one touchdown on four targets against Cleveland on Sunday.
Analysis: On his 135th NFL reception Meyers finally found the end zone, albeit from Brian Hoyer in garbage time rather than starter Mac Jones. Hopefully it's not such a long wait for touchdown No. 2 -- indeed, with Meyers' target volume, he's a good bet to find the end zone a few more times before the season is over. Meyers recorded four receptions on five targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 25-22 win over the Texans.
Analysis: Meyers was targeted five times, good enough for second on the team. However, his upside was greatly limited by a wide distribution of targets with seven different Patriots seeing multiple targets. His performance Sunday was highlighted by catches of 24 and 17 yards, and he now has at least one reception of more than 20 yards in every contest this season. The 25-year-old also gave his managers a little boost on a couple of trick plays resulting in 45 passing yards. This isn't the first time Meyers has been used as a passer, as he also completed two passes on trick plays last season. Analysis: Meyers' three looks all came from Cam Newton, including one that was intercepted due to Meyers' inability to make a tightly contested grab down the seam. Steady effort in camp
Meyers has "picked up where he left off last year, and been the most dependable target" for the Patriots in training camp thus far, Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald reports.
Analysis: While much of the offseason attention was focused on free-agent additions Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne, Meyers remains in the mix to carve out a key role in the Patriots' receiving corps in 2021. Also making a case on that front is 2019 first-rounder N'Keal Harry, but Meyers -- who led the team with 59 catches for 729 yards in 14 games last season -- is a player who could provide a degree of fantasy utility this coming season if the team's passing game picks up as hoped, either due to…read more

Likely top wideout in minicamp
Meyers appears to be the likely top wide receiver option at minicamp this week, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reports.
Analysis: Callahan notes that both Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne are still learning the playbook, which positions Meyers as the top wideout for the time being. Meyers could continue to hold that role depending on how things go throughout camp, but he figures to face competition once everyone has the system down.

In line to compete with Bourne
Meyers figures to compete with newcomer Kendrick Bourne for a starting slot this coming season, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.
Analysis: It's assumed that free agent acquisition Nelson Agholor will hold down one starting assignment, but following the retirement of Julian Edelman, the rest of the Patriots' depth chart remains unsettled. Though it's clear that the team sees something in Bourne, Meyers did display solid chemistry with QB Cam Newton last season while leading the team with 59 catches for 729 yards in 14 games. Meanwhile, 2018 first-rounder N'Keal Harry is also in the mix, but his role this coming season is undefined.…read more

Team's leading receiver in Year 2
Meyers caught six of seven targets for 68 yards and threw a 19-yard touchdown in Sunday's 28-14 win over the Jets. He also rushed once for seven yards in the season finale.
Analysis: Meyers spent his freshman season at NC State as a quarterback before converting to wide receiver, and he showed off his passing skills on a trick play in the third quarter, finding Cam Newton for the game-tying touchdown. He finishes the season as New England's leader in both catches (59) and receiving yards (729), but Meyers is yet to catch a touchdown through two NFL seasons. The Patriots will likely look to upgrade their underwhelming receiving corps in the offseason, but Meyers should be a…read more

Makes four grabs
Meyers caught four of six targets for 45 yards in Monday night's 38-9 loss to the Bills.
Analysis: Meyers led the Pats in receiving on a night when the team made an in-game quarterback change from Cam Newton to Jarrett Stidham, with neither QB proving to be effective. Given that dire situation, it's tough to rely on Meyers for production, but his status atop New England's depth chart as well as a favorable matchup against the Jets at least offers some promise ahead of Week 17.

Eclipses century mark
Meyers reeled in seven of 10 targets for 111 yards and lost one fumble during Sunday's 22-12 loss to Miami.
Analysis: Meyers' third-quarter giveaway didn't come back to haunt New England, as the Dolphins were forced into a punt just three plays later. With that in mind, the 24-year-old's Week 15 outing will go down as one of his most impressive of the 2020 campaign, as he eclipsed the century mark in receiving for the second time this season. A Week 16 matchup against Buffalo could allow Meyers to expand on a noteworthy Week 8 performance in a loss to the division rivals in which he notched six catches for 58…read more

Serviceable night in loss
Meyers brought in four of five targets for 47 yards in the Patriots' 24-3 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.
Analysis: The second-year wideout managed to put together a serviceable night relative to opportunity, recording multiple receptions for the eighth straight contest. Meyers hasn't come close to matching the career-best 12 receptions and 169 yards he generated versus the Jets in Week 9, but he's posted a 19-211 line on 27 targets in the subsequent five contests, acceptable numbers considering how erratic Cam Newton's play has been under center. With Jarrett Stidham replacing Newton late in Thursday…read more

Does little with six targets
Meyers caught two of six targets for 15 yards during Sunday's 45-0 win over the Chargers.
Analysis: Meyers accounted for nearly a third of the team's targets but gained positive yardage on only one play as the running game and defense took center stage in the blowout. He came into the game having topped 50 yards in five of his last six games, and his relative lack of production in this one can mostly be attributed to the lopsided score. With that said, Meyers will be hard-pressed to produce big numbers in Thursday's matchup against the talented Rams secondary.

Leading receiver in Week 12 win
Meyers caught five of six targets for a team-high 52 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over Arizona.
Analysis: Meyers accounted for more than half of quarterback Cam Newton's 84 passing yards as the Patriots relied on the defense and a pair of James White rushing touchdowns to carry them to victory. While Meyers is still in search of his first career touchdown, he has eclipsed 50 receiving yards in five of his last six games heading into a Week 13 date with the Chargers.

Down day despite Newton's success
Meyers caught all three of his targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to Houston.
Analysis: Cam Newton threw for 365 yards but didn't pay much attention to his favorite target from recent weeks. Meyers finished fifth on the team in receiving yards and tied for fourth in targets, while Damiere Byrd paced the team with 132 receiving yards and a touchdown. Meyers will likely draw the attention of top Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson in Week 12, which will make the No. 1 receiver in New England's inconsistent-at-best passing attack a risky option coming off this disappointing outing.

Clearly Newton's top option
Meyers caught five of seven targets for 59 yards while also throwing a 24-yard touchdown on his lone passing attempt in Sunday's 23-17 win over Baltimore.
Analysis: Meyers scored his first NFL touchdown in the 22nd game of his professional career, but it did not come the way most would have expected. The former high-school quarterback received a backwards pass from Cam Newton before planting his feet and throwing a Russell Wilson-esque rainbow that fell into Rex Burkhead's bread basket in the end zone. The trick play was a treat to witness, but the important news for fantasy owners was that Meyers paced all Patriot receivers in targets, catches and…read more

Career-best performance in win
Meyers caught 12 of 14 targets for 169 yards in Monday night's 30-27 win over the Jets.
Analysis: He put together by far the best showing of his young career, accounting for the majority of Cam Newton's 274 passing yards. Meyers was targeted on 40 percent of Newton's 35 attempts, and caught nearly everything thrown his way. Although his longest reception went for 33 yards, Meyers' most important play came on a 20-yard reception that put New England in range for the game-winning field goal with three seconds remaining. Following such a great performance, Meyers' stock is undoubtedly on the…read more

Leading receiver in Week 8 loss
Meyers caught six of 10 targets for 58 yards and added a two-point conversion in Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Bills.
Analysis: Meyers has emerged as the favorite target for struggling quarterback Cam Newton with Julian Edelman (knee) and N'Keal Harry (concussion) both unavailable, leading the team in targets, catches and receiving yards. None of Meyers' gains went for more than 16 yards, but he caught a key two-point conversion to tie the score in the third quarter. Meyers should continue to play a prominent role on his 24th birthday against the porous Jets secondary in Week 9.

Extended snaps await Week 8
Meyers is expected to pick up extra snaps Sunday against the Bills with Julian Edelman (knee) set to miss the contest, Dave Green of NBC Sports Boston reports.
Analysis: The Patriots' No. 4 receiver heading into last week's game against the 49ers, Meyers was thrust into a larger role after starter N'Keal Harry left the contest early with a concussion. Meyers proceeded to play 79 percent of the offensive snaps in the 33-6 loss, finishing the day with four receptions for 60 yards on six targets. With Edelman being ruled out, Meyers should hold down a regular spot in three-wide sets for the second straight game, and the North Carolina State product could have an…read more

Leads team in receiving yards
Meyers caught four of six targets for 60 yards and carried one time for two yards during Sunday's 33-6 loss to the 49ers.
Analysis: Meyers hadn't seen action in over a month coming in, but he found a way to lead the team in all major receiving categories despite Cam Newton finishing with under 100 passing yards on the day. Newton was ultimately benched in favor of Jarrett Stidham after his third turnover, and Meyers managed to snare a pass from him as well. Given the team's struggles under center and Meyers' inactivity for much of the season, he won't take a great deal of fantasy appeal into next Sunday's meeting with the…read more

Sees just seven snaps Week 1
Meyers was on the field for seven of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 21-11 win over the Dolphins, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Meyers, who was not targeted Week 1, has limited fantasy value so long as he remains behind Julian Edelman, N'Keal Harry and Damiere Byrd in New England's wide receiver pecking order.

Catches 26 passes as a rookie
Meyers finished the 2019 regular season with 26 catches (on 41 targets) for 359 yards in 15 games.
Analysis: Meyers stuck around after making the team as an undrafted rookie and even managed to log a few PPR-worthy efforts in the process. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder probably did enough to make the team again in 2020, but it's possible he'll have to fight to keep his slot in New England's wide receiver corps, depending on the team's offseason moves.

Hauls in three passes Sunday
Meyers was on the field for 14 of a possible 73 snaps on offense in Saturday's 24-17 win over the Bills, en route to catching all three of his targets for 25 yards.
Analysis: Mohamed Sanu (70), Julian Edelman (52) and N'Keal Harry (37) all saw more snaps than Meyers in Week 16, and in such a context Meyers will be a speculative fantasy option in both Week 17 and the NFL postseason.

Relegated to special teams
Meyers was not targeted during Sunday's 34-13 win over Cincinnati and logged just seven offensive snaps during the contest.
Analysis: Meyers was averaging 51.7 yards per game over his prior three outings, but New England went in a different direction Sunday. The Patriots are notorious for changing things up to suit the week's matchup, but -- after recording just one catch in Week 14 -- Meyers' seven offensive snaps Sunday seem like part of a downturn. He's a very tough play Saturday, especially against Buffalo's third-ranked pass defense.

Catches 35-yard pass
Meyers was on the field for 38 of a possible 67 snaps on offense in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Chiefs, en route to hauling in one of his three target for 35 yards.
Analysis: Looking ahead, Meyers profiles as a hit-or-miss fantasy option, as QB Tom Brady has yet to develop a consistent rapport in the passing game with anyone other than Julian Edelman and running back James White.

Targeted seven times in Week 13
Meyers was on the field for 61 of a possible 87 snaps on offense in Sunday's 28-22 loss to the Texans.
Analysis: Meyers caught three of his seven targets for 46 yards Sunday, but looking ahead, he could see his workload reduced once Mohamed Sanu (19 snaps) and Phillip Dorsett (22 snaps) are closer to 100 percent.

Catches four passes for 74 yards
Meyers logged 54 of a possible 70 snaps on offense in Sunday's 13-9 win over the Cowboys, en route to catching four passes on nine targets for a season-high 74 yards.
Analysis: Meyers' increased involvement in the Patriots offense was the result of both Phillip Dorsett (concussion) and Mohamed Sanu (ankle) being inactive Sunday. Rookie N'Keal Harry also saw added work Week 12, recording 57 offensive snaps and turning his only catch (on four targets) into a 10-yard TD. Meyers' fantasy import in next Sunday's game against the Texans hinges on the status of Dorsett and Sanu, but he's at least demonstrated that he can produce when afforded ample playing time.

Targeted twice in win
Meyers caught one of his two targets for a seven-yard gain during Sunday's 17-10 win over the Eagles.
Analysis: He followed up a one-snap, no-target outing in Week 9 with a 19-snap, one-catch game against the Eagles. Granted, that total is far from noteworthy from a fantasy perspective, but Meyers has shown to be serviceable when given the opportunity -- especially as an undrafted rookie. He may get that opportunity in Week 12 with the Patriots potentially missing Phillip Dorsett (concussion) and with Mohamed Sanu (ankle) not 100 percent. Sees just one snap in Week 9
Meyers logged just one of a possible 67 snaps on offense in Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Ravens.
Analysis: The Patriots ran plenty of three-receiver sets Sunday, but turned almost exclusively to Julian Edelman, Mohamed Sanu and Phillip Dorsett on that front. Meyers thus slots in no higher than New England's No. 4 option at the position, and he could drop another notch once rookie N'Keal Harry re-joins the mix, possibly as soon as Week 11, following the team's bye week..
