Out vs. Denver
Deablo (oblique) is inactive for Las Vegas' matchup versus Denver on Sunday.
Analysis: Deablo will miss his third straight week as he continues to work his way back from an oblique injury. Amari Burney will get the start at linebacker once again in Deablo's absence.

Iffy to play vs. Denver
Deablo (oblique) logged a limited practice session Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Deablo's oblique injury has caused him to miss the last two games, but he gave himself a chance at returning for Week 5 after practicing Friday. Deablo tallied nine tackles (six solo) across the first two games of the regular season before his injury.

Not practicing Wednesday
Deablo (oblique) didn't practice Wednesday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Deablo was unable to suit up for the Raiders' last two contests due to an oblique injury, and following Wednesday's DNP, it appears he could miss even more time. The fourth-year linebacker out of Virginia Tech will likely need to upgrade to at least limited participation Thursday or Friday to have a chance at playing Sunday. If Deablo misses his third consecutive game in Week 5, expect Amari Burney to see additional reps with Las Vegas' first-team defense.

Ruled out versus Cleveland
Deablo (oblique) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Deablo will miss his second straight contest. Luke Masterson will see elevated snaps alongside Robert Spillane at linebacker again after Masterson played 70 percent of the defensive downs last week against Carolina.

Still nursing injury
Deablo (oblique/concussion) didn't practice Wednesday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Deablo appears to have moved past his concussion, but he's still dealing with an oblique issue that forced him to miss Wednesday's practice. The 26-year-old's participation Thursday and Friday will provide a better indication on whether Deablo will miss his second straight game in Week 4, when the Raiders face the Browns.

Won't play vs. Carolina
Deablo (oblique/concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Deablo was a DNP in all three practices this week, and he'll have to wait one more week to suit up as he works his way through the league's concussion protocols and an oblique injury. Amari Burney, Tommy Eichenberg and Amari Gainer are all candidates to step into Deablo's starting linebacker spot, though none of those three have logged a single defensive snap over the first two games of the regular season.

Logs another DNP
Deablo (oblique/concussion) did not participate in Thursday's practice, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Deablo was forced out of the Raiders' Week 2 win over the Ravens due to an oblique injury. He appears to also be working through the league's concussion protocols, and the fact that he's opened the week with back-to-back DNP's doesn't bode well for his chances of suiting up against the Panthers in Week 3. If Deablo is unable to play Sunday, then Amari Burney, Tommy Eichenberg and Amari Gainer would be candidates to fill in at linebacker alongside starters Robert Spillane and Luke Masterson.

Deablo is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Ravens due to a hip injury, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

Career-high 106 tackles in 2023
Deablo wrapped up his 2023 campaign with 106 tackles (65 solo), two passes defensed and a sack in 15 games.
Analysis: Deablo managed to surpass the century mark in tackles during his third season in the league, despite missing Weeks 8 and 9 due to an ankle injury. The Virginia Tech product has one year remaining on his original rookie deal, linking him to a starting spot at outside linebacker for the Raiders again in 2024.

Back to full strength
Deablo (ankle) was a full participant at practice Thursday, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Analysis: Deablo was limited for the Raiders' first practice of the new week, but he was able to manage a full practice Thursday. He's on pace for his first 100-tackle season, making him a viable IDP option in Week 11 at Miami.

Begins Week 11 prep with LP
Deablo (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Analysis: Deablo has been dealing with an ankle issue since Week 7, and he missed two full games before returning Week 10 against the Jets. He logged 67 percent of the Raiders' defensive snaps in that contest and recorded seven tackles along with a pass breakup, but he's not yet clear of the ankle injury. Whether Deablo heads into the weekend with an injury designation ahead of Sunday's contest in Miami will likely depend on his ability to log a full practice by Friday.

Returns after two weeks
Deablo made seven tackles and defended one pass in Sunday's 16-12 win against the Jets.
Analysis: Deablo missed the past two weeks with an ankle injury, but produced a solid game with four solo and three assisted tackles, tying for the most total tackles on his team next to leading linebacker Robert Spillane. Although the 25-year-old registered 42 defensive snaps, his lowest of the season in games he has played in their entirety, Deablo recorded his sixth game of the season with at least four solo tackles and should see an increased role in the coming weeks as long as he can stay healthy.

Deablo (ankle) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Analysis: After sitting out his second straight game Sunday dealing with an ankle injury he sustained in Week 7 at Chicago, Deablo was sidelined to start the Raiders' new week of practice. Unless he can return to practice Thursday or Friday, he'll likely be inactive again in Week 10.

Ruled out again for Week 9
Deablo (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Giants,
Analysis: Deablo will miss a second straight game while he tends to the ankle injury he suffered Week 7 against the Bears. Luke Masterson saw an increased role in Deablo's absence the past two weeks, but he's also out for Week 9 after suffering a concussion this past Monday versus Detroit. As such, Amari Burney will likely slide into a starting role.

Won't play Monday
Deablo (ankle) has been ruled out of Monday's contest against the Lions, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Analysis: Deablo sustained an ankle injury in the Raiders' 30-12 loss to the Bears in Week 7. His 52 total tackles on the year is second on the team behind fellow linebacker Robert Spillane, and it'll be up to Luke Masterson -- who had five tackles in Week 7 -- and Kana'i Mauga to step up in Deablo's absence.

Exits game Saturday
Deablo (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Chicago.
Analysis: Deablo logged four tackles before suffering an apparent ankle injury at some point during the first half. The 25-year-old logged the Raiders' second-most tackles (48) through the first six games of the season, so his absence will leave Las Vegas with a big hole to fill. Expect Kana'i Mauga and Luke Masterson to step into bigger roles at linebacker for the time being.

Analysis: Deablo's eight tackles were good enough for a team-high, and he is now up to 27 total through three games. He was on the field for 50 defensive snaps (83 percent) and five on special teams (17 percent). The linebacker will look to continue racking up tackles in Sunday's Week 4 game against the Chargers.

Double-digit tackles in loss
Deablo recorded 10 tackles, including a sack, in Sunday's 38-10 loss at the Bills.
Analysis: Deablo followed up a good Week 1 performance with an even better showing in Week 2, even getting to Josh Allen for the first sack of his career. He's well on track to get to 100 tackles for the first time in as many seasons, meaning he profiles as a fine IDP option when healthy.

Nine tackles in win
Deablo recorded nine tackles (five solo, one for a loss) and a pass deflection in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Broncos.
Analysis: Deablo played in 54 of 58 defensive snaps and had all five of his solo tackles in the first half. He had a fumble recovery on a Marcus Epps strip of quarterback Russell Wilson early in the third quarter, but an illegal contact penalty on Marcus Peters negated the turnover. Vying for starting role
Vic Tafur of The Athletic projects that Deablo (forearm) is in line for a starting role at outside linebacker ahead of the 2023 season.
Analysis: Deablo played nearly every defensive snap during the first seven games of last season for the Raiders. But, the 25-year-old linebacker sustained a forearm injury Week 9 and wound spending the remainder of the 2022 campaign on IR. Lands on IR
Deablo (forearm) was placed on the Raiders' injured reserve Monday.
Analysis: Deablo played just two defensive snaps before being forced out of Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Jaguars with a forearm injury. Now, the second-year linebacker will be sidelined until at least Las Vegas' Week 14 contest against the Rams. Deablo racked up 73 tackles and one pass defended while playing nearly every defensive snap over the first eight weeks of the season, and his absence should leave Luke Masterson to take on a bigger role alongside Blake Martinez and Denzel Perryman.

Forced out Sunday
Deablo was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Jaguars with a forearm injury.
Analysis: Deablo was listed as questionable due to separate back and wrist injuries coming into this contest. The second-year linebacker racked up 73 tackles and one pass defended over the first seven games of the season, so his absence will leave a big hole over the middle of Las Vegas' defense. Deablo's next opportunity to play will come against Indianapolis on Sunday, Oct. 13.

Active Sunday
Deablo (back/wrist) is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Analysis: Deablo was listed as questionable due to back and wrist injuries, but he'll be available once again. The second-year linebacker dealt with injuries leading up to Week 8 as well, but he finished the matchup against New Orleans with 14 tackles, suggesting his workload won't be limited against Jacksonville.

Questionable for Week 9
Deablo (back/wrist) was a limited participant at practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Jacksonville, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Analysis: Deablo also dealt with injuries ahead of Week 8, but he ended up racking up 14 tackles in the Raiders' loss at New Orleans. With that in mind, back-to-back limited practice sessions Thursday and Friday puts Deablo on the "probable" end of the questionable designation, but the second-year linebacker didn't do enough to drop his designation entirely ahead of Sunday's matchup.

Deablo didn't practice Wednesday due to back and wrist injuries, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Deablo dealt with back and ankle injuries ahead of last week's loss to the Saints but logged 14 tackles (nine solo) against New Orleans. Team-high 14 tackles
Deablo totaled 14 tackles (nine solo) during Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Saints.
Analysis: Deablo popped up on the Raiders' injury report with ankle and back injuries during practice Wednesday, but he was still able to play every defensive snap for the sixth game in a row Sunday. The linebacker also logged a third consecutive double-digit tackle outing, and he has now recorded 73 stops (38 solo) and one pass defended this season. Deablo should continue to post highly productive stat lines so long as he can remain healthy moving forward.

Ready to go Sunday
Deablo (back/ankle) is active Sunday against the Saints.

Iffy for Sunday
Deablo (back/ankle) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Saints, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Analysis: Deablo recorded a team-high 11 tackles in Week 7 but apparently picked up back and ankle injuries during the contest, which sidelined him for the first two practices of Week 8 prep. However, the second-year linebacker returned as a limited participant Friday. Deablo has recorded 59 tackles across six appearances this season, so his potential absence would be a significant loss for the Raiders defense.

Team-high 11 stops in win
Deablo recorded 11 tackles (six solo), including one for loss, during Sunday's 38-20 win over the Texans.
Analysis: Deablo notched double-digit tackles for a second consecutive contest and for the third time this season. Across six appearances, the second-year linebacker has already set new career highs in tackles (59) and defensive snaps (376). As long as he's healthy, Deablo figures to continue racking up tackles at a high rate during the 2022 campaign.

Amasses 10 stops Monday
Deablo recorded 10 tackles (six solo) during Monday's 30-29 loss to the Chiefs.
Analysis: Deablo was the only player for the Raiders to be on the field for 100 percent of the team's defensive snaps in Week 5. The 24-year-old linebacker now has 48 tackles through the Raiders' first five games, and he'll likely command a similar role in Week 7 against the Texans once Las Vegas returns from its bye.

Team-high eight tackles in win
Deablo recorded eight tackles (three solo) during Sunday's 32-23 win over the Broncos.
Analysis: Deablo continues to take advantage of his new starting role, recording 38 tackles across the first four games of the season. The second-year linebacker only needs seven more stops to tie his high mark of 45 tackles from his rookie campaign, and he'll look to reach that plateau during Monday's divisional showdown against the Chiefs.
